Chandoosa, August 21, 2026: Rise Up Youth Foundation organized a youth-focused event titled “Youth for Change: Empowering Young Minds” at Higher Secondary School, Chandoosa, with the objective of empowering young people and encouraging them to become responsible, active, and positive contributors to society.
The event focused on key issues including youth empowerment, drug abuse awareness and prevention, community service, social responsibility, leadership, and the importance of making positive choices for a better future.
The programme was attended by the MLA Baramulla as the Chief Guest, along with SHO Chandossa, ACR Baramulla, and Principal, Higher Secondary School Chandoosa
The guests interacted with students and youth, highlighting the importance of education, discipline, community participation, and collective efforts in addressing social challenges, particularly drug abuse among young people.
The event provided a meaningful platform for students and youth to express their ideas, gain awareness, and understand their role in building a stronger and more responsible community.
The programme was organized under the leadership of Anush Shahnaz khan Chairman, Rise Up Youth Foundation, whose vision is to create opportunities for young people to learn, lead, serve, and contribute positively to society.
